Balance Lubricated Plug Valves are metal
seated valves providing a tight shut off ( 0 leakage ) sealing, valves shall be
regularly lubricated along with their operation by injection of suitable
grease. These valves are suitable for medium that are used in various
industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer,
electric power industry etc. under nominal pressure of Class 150-2500 Lbs and
working temperature of –29~180°C.
VATAC Pressure Balance Lubricated Plug Valves few silent features are indicated as below:
1. Valves are with Double Block and bleed feature.
2. Easy inline maintenance.
3. In the event of the plug lock-up, it is possible to inject lubricant to the valve in service.
4. Leak tightness of the operating system.
5. Assured stem tightness by means of gasket and packing between the stem and the body.
6. Fire Safe and Double injector for lubrication can be provided on request.
7. Hardfaced seating faces resist erosion.
8. Low emission packing set available for special service.
9. Drain and Vent are provided as standard features.
