Vatac facilities are with 4 specialized manufacturing plants, Scheduled Foundry and Technical
Research Center. Vatac employed a large number of CNC machines for most of valves
fabrications. Each Piece of Vatac Valve is well inspected before delivery covering Material Analysis, PMI, Hardness, Wall Thickness, and Hydraulic Tests.
Moreover, Magnetism Particles, Fire Safe, Cryogenic, High Pressure Gas, Radio-graphic, Micrographic, Charpy Impact and Fugitive Emission Tests etc can be well-done by Vatac Valve Upon Request.
