The solid nozzle of VATAC Stainless Steel Pressure Relief Valve screws into the body, which makes maintenance convenient. And the elaborate design for the figuration and dimension of the disc holder and ring makes the valve suddenly surge to 100% lift at low overpressure.

Also, the blow down can be easily adjusted by revolving the ring only.

VATAC Stainless Steel Pressure Relief Valve sealing and pressed faces of the disc and nozzle are deposited with Stellite. Low leakage and long service life can be acquired by polishing the deposited faces carefully. And bellows can not only avoid the effect of variable back pressure, but also protect spring and other components from corrosive media.
