The Ductile Iron Pneumatic Wafer Clarkson Blade Valve 12”-CL150 is designed to meet our customer’s demanding needs. The complete valve is built around an ease of maintenance concept. The Ductile Iron Pneumatic Wafer Clarkson Blade Valve is mainly intended for process control in pulp slurry, residue discharge and sewage treatment. This valve knife-like steel gate lowers into the slurry flow automatically or manually to create a bubble-tight shutoff seal. When the knife-gate closes, it isolates sections of the slurry piping system from slurry flow in either direction. Further more, the valve has two matching, smooth elastomer sleeves that seal against each other when the valve is open, allowing slurry to flow through unobstructed and against both sides of the gate when the valve is closed.
These valves have already been used in a project in Chile.
Our USA customer informed us that their client has finally standardized our
valve and have begun the process of replacing all existing valves by our
valves.
